To enable us to provide a professional service when carrying out our sea freight activities, we perform all of the functions of a ‘Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC)’.

For our clients we issue several Bills of Lading that are valid worldwide, including the Kingwood Container Line - Bill of Lading (KCL-B/L). Apart from the name of each Bill of Lading issued, which can vary depending on the agent in each individual case, the arrangements themselves remain identical in each case in terms of their content.

All of the Bills of Lading that we issue have identical terms and conditions, which constitute the legal basis for each sea freight contract that is concluded between Kingwood Logistics Ltd. and the merchant.
